What is the Purina Staff & Family Store?

The Purina Staff and Family Store was developed based on valuable employee feedback. Our goal was to create a dedicated online platform for Nestlé staff and their family to conveniently access and shop a wide range of Purina products for their pets. The site is accessible for up to 10 family members, allowing our loved ones to explore the latest Purina ranges. By extending the employee discount to family members, we empower staff to share experiences and recommendations with those closest to them.

Who is the site restricted too?

The site is only available Nestlé Australia Staff Members, who can then invite up to 10 family members to join.

You’ll be able to experience the convenience of accessing a wide range of Purina products with the added benefit of free delivery for orders over $60. Not only can you enjoy this perk delivered straight to your home, but you can also extend the corporate discount to up to 10 family members. What products are available through the Purina Staff & Family Store?

Pro Plan, Pro Plan Veterinary Diets, Supercoat, Purina ONE Cat & Dog, Fancy Feast, Felix, Friskies, Lucky Dog & Dentalife.

What payment methods are accepted?

Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal are accepted. 

How do I place an order in the Staff & Family Store?

The process is quick and simple. Just log into your Staff or Family account, select the products you wish to purchase, and complete the checkout process.

How will my order be delivered?

Your delivery will arrive via Australia Post. If you are not home your delivery may be taken to a post office for collection or you may have the option to select Safe Drop with Australia Post. Please plan for busy periods such as Easter, Christmas and Public Holidays as there may be delays in delivery during these times. I’m not a Nestlé Australia Staff Member or a Family Member. How do I gain access?

Unfortunately, the site is only available at this time to staff members and a maximum of 10 invited family members.

How do I retrieve my username or password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click the forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions.

What if I am no longer a Nestlé Staff Member, but I still want access to the site?

It's best to get in touch with our PetCare team. Login requires your Nestlé email, so we'd review this on a case by case basis.
