Commonly Prescribed for Overweight Dogs to Help Achieve and Maintain a Healthy Weight

It has been estimated that over 40% of Australian dogs are overweight. While gaining a few kilos may not make a difference to a human body, adding a few kilos to a dog’s body can add a lot of stress to bones and organs – or even exacerbate medical conditions. Feeding your dog to achieve and maintain an ideal body condition can help support a long and healthy life. PURINA PRO PLAN Veterinary Diets OM Overweight Management Canine Formulas have been specially formulated to help dogs lose weight while maintaining muscle.

OM Overweight Management can be used in the nutritional management of dogs with:

  • Obesity
  • Constipation
  • Fibre-responsive colitis
  • Hyperlipidemia in overweight dogs
  • Diabetes Mellitus in overweight dogs
