We have identified a potential safety concern with the unique shape of the products which could injure an animal’s tongue, and as a precautionary measure, have made the decision to voluntarily stop selling them.
We are asking pet owners to stop using these products and please return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and any concern this may cause.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are asking that if pet owners have either of these products to return them to the store they purchased them from for a full refund. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank pet owners for their understanding and trust.”
