PRO PLAN® LIVECLEAR™ Kitten Chicken Formula for kittens 0-12 months has great-tasting, outstanding nutrition in an everyday food with the power to reduce allergens in cat hair and dander by an average of 47% starting in the third week of daily feeding.
How does PRO PLAN® LIVECLEAR™ work? All cats produce a common allergen - Fel d 1 in their saliva. When cats groom, Fel d 1 gets on the hair and skin through the saliva, and eventually into the environment. The key ingredient in PRO PLAN® LIVECLEAR™ is a specific protein sourced from eggs.
When cats eat PRO PLAN LIVECLEAR, the protein binds to the Fel d 1 and safely neutralises it in the cat's mouth. By reducing active Fel d 1 in the cat’s saliva, it reduces the allergen that is transferred to the cat’s hair and dander when they groom, ultimately helping to reduce allergens in the environment.

Using the feeding table: To help your pet maintain an ideal body condition, monitor your pet's weight on a regular basis, making sure that their ribs are easily felt and their waist is visible when viewed from above. Maintaining an ideal body condition can impact your pet's lifelong health.
Feeding for kittens: Kittens start to nibble solid food at 3 to 4 weeks of age. After weaning, PRO PLAN® can be fed moistened or dry. Refer to Feeding Table. Suitable for Neutered/Sterilised kittens. Once your kitten has reached 12 months of age, please transition to PRO PLAN® LIVECLEAR™ Adult Cat Food.

Making the switch to PRO PLAN®: By choosing to feed your cat PRO PLAN® you can be reassured that our tailored nutrition will have a positive impact on your cat's long-term health and well-being. Although you will be keen to see the difference PRO PLAN® can make in your cat, please allow 7-10 days to transition from their current food. This enables your cat's digestive enzymes to gradually adapt to the change in ingredient and nutritional content, assisting with the proper digestion of the food and helping prevent stomach upsets. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more of PRO PLAN® until you are feeding PRO PLAN® exclusively. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms.
Please dispose of it in your garbage bin. Do not put any soft plastics in your household recycling bin, as they can contaminate other materials and make them harder to recycle.
