Terms & Conditions

  1. The following terms and conditions govern the use and operation of the PRO PLAN Litter Support Program (Program).  
  2. The Program is intended to assist Eligible Breeders on the Right Paw Platform (Platform) in the care and well-being of their litters. The Program provides benefits in the form of free PRO PLAN food to be used in the Eligible Breeder’s home for weaning and puppy packs (Litter Support) which are intended to be passed on to new owners at pick up of their new puppy. Any item provided under the Program must not to be on-sold or misused.
  3. In order to receive Litter Support:
  4. each breeder must be a current registered member of Right Paw eligible to list a litter for sale (Eligible Breeder); 
  5. the Eligible Breeder must register their new litter for sale and confirm their interest for PRO PLAN litter support by the time the litter is 2 weeks old, for timely delivery of puppy food for weaning.
  6. Eligible Breeders must provide accurate information regarding their litters and regulatory update such information to keep it accurate and current.
  7. Each Eligible Breeder can claim a maximum of 3 Litter Support per year.  
  8. Orders will be delivered via one of our courier partners within 5-9 working days from dispatch depending on your location.  There may be additional delays during busy periods and holidays. 
  9. Purina or Right Paw may ask for your feedback on your experience with PRO PLAN and the Program through the Right Paw breeder portal. Responses are not mandatory but encouraged.  
  10. Purina and Right Paw has the right to deny or revoke Litter Support, current or future, if it is found that the breeder has violated any of the Program's terms and conditions.
  11. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that your personal information will be shared for the purposes of fulfillment with third parties in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  12. The Program and all products forming part of the Litter Support are subject to stock availability. Contents of the Litter Support may change without notice. 
  13. The Program is a limited time offer and may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice.
  14. The terms and conditions of the Program are subject to change at the discretion of Right Paw and Purina as published on this website.
