PURINA PetCare Survey Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who complete the Purina Pet Survey and have a valid email address ("Eligible Entrant"). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 5:01pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("AEDST") on 21 December 2011 & closes at 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 21 June 2012 ("Promotion Period").
4. To enter, go to http://www.purina.com.au/pet-care-survey.aspx, complete the Purina PetCare Survey and follow the prompts to complete the survey and submit your entry.
5. Entry is limited to once per Eligible Entrant.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw.
8. Prize is a silver Sony Cyber-shot digital camera (DSCW530S) valued at $149 recommended retail price ("RRP"). There are 20 prizes to be won. .
9. The prize draw will be conducted at 9am on 25 June 2012 at Unit 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. The first 20 valid entries drawn will each win a prize.
10. All winners will be notified in writing and their names and postcodes will also appear at www.purina.com.au/promotions by 29 June 2012.
11. Total prize pool is valued at $2,980 RRP.
12. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
13. Prize value correct at the commencement of the promotion but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510.
16. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on on 21 September 2012 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. The first valid entry drawn will win a prize and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Winners will be notified in writing and have their names and postcodes will also appear at www.purina.com.au/promotions on 28 September 2012.
20. The winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider or services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
21. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
22. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
24. Entries are deemed to be received upon completion of the PURINA Pet Survey and receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.

Puppy & Kitten Club Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to become a member of the Purina Puppy & Kitten Club (“the Club”) & any prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry to the Club is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. You must be aged 18 years or over to join the Club.
3. The Purina Puppy & Kitten Club opens on 19th May 2008 & will remain open on an ongoing basis until the Promoter announces otherwise (“Promotion Period”).
4. To join the Club, simply visit www.purina.com.au and sign up online. All mandatory fields must be completed for an entry to be deemed valid.
a) Mandatory fields include a series of profiling questions. These questions relate to the following information:
i Contact information
ii Preferred shopping channel
iii Attitudes towards the pet
iv Preferred feeding choices and food preparation
v Pet’s details – size, age, breed, birthdate etc
b) The responses to these questions will determine which Purina brand is most suitable for the pet. Based on this, a brand will automatically be assigned to each entrant, and this will define which communications will be dispatched to them and the method of communication they will receive.
c) Methods of communication can include telephone, email or mail.
5. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
7. By joining the Club, members agree to receive communications in various forms from Purina for the duration of the program, or until they supply written/email confirmation of their wish to opt-out of the programme.
8. If the promoter receives returned mail from a member’s postal address, the promoter reserves the right to continue email communications to the member, until such time that the member supplies written/email confirmation of their wish to opt-out of email communications.
9. By joining the Club, entrants are entitled to receive SOME of the following items as part of a welcome pack and ongoing communications. Which of the following items they receive, is dependant on which Purina brand the member has been assigned to. Some members will be assigned brands that receive only ‘virtual’ or digital versions of communications and may also receive links to items for download:
a) A4 Puppy OR Kitten Guide 40pp Brochure (either in printed form or as a link to download the item online)
b) Welcome letter OR welcome email
c) Cash back offer of $2.50 (not available to all entrants – other Terms and Conditions apply)
d) Sample of puppy/kitten food as follows (not available to all entrants)
i A 200g sample of PURINA ONE Puppy food (only available to members assigned to the PURINA ONE brand, who have a puppy)
ii A 100g sample of PURINA ONE Kitten food (only available to members assigned to the PURINA ONE brand, who have a kitten)
iii A 200g sample of SUPERCOAT Puppy food (only available to members assigned to the SUPERCOAT brand, who have a puppy)
iv A 400g sample of PRO PLAN Puppy food (only available to members assigned to the PRO PLAN brand, who have a puppy)

10. By joining the Club, entrants agree to receive regular email, postal or telephone communications during the 1 to 2 years from entry submission.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in item value and reserves the right to substitute or remove items from the programme without notice.
11. Entrants will receive their initial welcome pack within 28 days of entry submission, either via email or by mail.
12. Entrants are entitled to welcome packs as follows: Limited to a maximum of 2 puppy welcome packs per household, per year OR a maximum of 2 kitten welcome packs per household, per year OR a maximum of 1 puppy welcome pack and 1 kitten welcome pack per household, per year
13. Supply of welcome packs is dependant on the age of the pet - they are only supplied for kittens and puppies of the following ages:
a) Kittens – for kittens up to 9 months old
b) Toy, Small or Medium dogs (as defined by Purina) – for puppies up to 9 months old
c) Large dogs (as defined by Purina) – for puppies up to 15 months old
d) Giant dogs (as defined by Purina) – for puppies up to 21 months old
14. Welcome packs are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
15. Welcome pack contents are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for variation in any items.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the welcome pack, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510.

20. By joining the Club, the entrant agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
21. Welcome packs will only be delivered in Australia and winners should allow 28 days from submitting their entry for delivery/email of their pack.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. PURINA Adult Transition Programme Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are members of The Purina Puppy & Kitten Club®. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences on 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("AEDST") on Wednesday 21 December 2011 & closes at 10am AEDST on Tuesday 11 December 2012.
4. To enter the prize draw, complete your contact details and the questionnaire found at www.purina.com.au .
5. Limit of one entry per household (based on street address).
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to sending multiple entries or using any form of automated entry method using other devices or software or for otherwise submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by the entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter.
8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the next occurring monthly prize draw and all non-winning entries will roll into all remaining monthly prize draws.
9. Prize is $500 awarded as a cheque made payable to the name that the winner submitted with their entry. There are a total of 12 prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period.
10. All draws will occur at 10am at 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, commencing with the 1st draw on Tuesday 10 January 2012 and concluding with the 12th draw on Tuesday 11 December 2012. The first valid entry drawn each month will win the prize.
11. All winners will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the prize draw and their name and postcode will be published in The Australian on the last Tuesday of the month that they won their prize, commencing Tuesday 24 January 2012 (except for the final draw when the winner will be published on Monday 31 December 2012). Each monthly winner's name and postcode will also appear at www.purina.com.au/promotions on the same date.

If a prize remains unclaimed by Friday 5 April 2013 despite the Promoter's best efforts to contact a winner, then subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draws on that date to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner of such a draw will have their name and postcode published in The Australian on Friday 12 April 2013 will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the draw. The name and postcode of all winners of such a draw will appear at www.purina.com.au/promotions by that date.
